The aim of the study is to measure employee satisfaction at the various branches of Ador Welding limited. The study will analyze the impact of various factors playing an important role in determining overall employee satisfaction. It is descriptive research and the sample size is 250. Researcher uses non comparative Scaling Technique in the study. The study shows that work environment plays a very significant role in determining employee satisfaction. The overall Employee Satisfaction can be said as relatively on the positive side for all the branches.
