Abstract

The article proposes a method for non-destructive monitoring of the dynamics of the parameters of the ship's environmental safety systems under operating conditions, which ensures forecasting the remaining life of the equipment without dismantling it. The necessity of an integrated approach to the design of technical diagnostics systems is substantiated, including optimizing the number, types and priority of diagnostic parameters, setting reference values and permissible deviations, as well as determining the areas of equipment operability and the required measurement accuracy. A mathematical model based on the small deviation method has been developed for linearization of the equations of coupling of indirect quantities, which makes it possible to identify the optimal group of measured parameters and their metrological characteristics. The following optimization criteria are proposed for the synthesis of diagnostic systems: minimizing the cost of measurement procedures, maximizing diagnostic efficiency (probability of failure detection) and achieving a given control accuracy. Measurement errors are formalized as a linear loss function that takes into account economic and operational risks. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the creation of intelligent monitoring systems capable of timely detecting equipment degradation, preventing emergencies with environmental consequences, and increasing the resource efficiency of shipboard equipment. The developed approach makes it possible to assess the degradation of the functional characteristics of the equipment in real time without dismantling it, as well as predict the remaining resource based on the analysis of the drift of diagnostic parameters relative to the reference values regulated by the standards.
