Abstract

Five parameters, including the specifications of the shot type, the movement speed of the spray gun, the distance between the spray gun and the workpiece, the supply pressure, and the shot flow, were selected as initial research variables. A five-factor three-level orthogonal experiment was designed to conduct sandblasting tests on superalloy material test plates. The comprehensive balance method was used to evaluate the three indicators of surface roughness, hardness, and residual stress. The optimal combination of the five parameters was determined through range analysis. The sandblasting test of the same specification gas turbine rod bolt specimens were carried out. Based on the optimal parameter combination, the experimental group and a blank control group were set up. The changes in thread size and tooth surface morphology before and after sandblasting were analyzed, and the qualified product rod sandblasting process parameters were obtained.
