EVALUATION OF SECONDARY PRODUCTS OF CHAMPIGNON PRODUCTION AS RAW MATERIALS FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
Abstract
The study found that when producing champignons, spent substrates based on straw and horse manure or cattle manure without mineral or organic additives can have a low value as an organic fertilizer that does not contain essential macronutrients. Therefore, it can be used as an organic ameliorant. The implementation of mushroom production will not only create a new product for consumption by citizens and create new jobs, but also increase the economic efficiency of production in protected soil by optimizing composting costs.
