Abstract
During short-term follow-up, HTO combined with MMPRT repair does not significantly improve the MMPRT healing rate when compared to isolated HTO. Although patients with healed MMPRT exhibit better cartilage repair, they show no superior improvement in clinical and radiographic outcomes.
