Abstract

In McKeown MIE, the use of the en bloc resection for robot-assisted esophageal suspension-traction combined with the "four-edge" dissociation for lymph node dissection in the 106recL station is safe and effective, and the dissection of lymph nodes in the 106recL station is more clinically valuable in upper thoracic, middle thoracic esophageal cancer and those with a later T stage.
