Abstract

Maintaining sirolimus at lower trough concentrations (median 4.1 μg/L, 3.5-4.5 μg/L) provides similar FEV₁ preservation to that achieved with the conventional target concentration. This suggested that the therapeutic target for sirolimus in LAM could be safely reduced.
