Abstract

ETSPIA offers advantages in postoperative recovery and cosmetic outcomes while effective resections of tumors and metastatic lymph nodes. This novel endoscopic approach combines the benefits of minimally invasive surgery with functional preservation, making it a promising technique for thyroid surgery.
