Abstract

These results suggest that the prognosis of MDS patients with recurrent genetic abnormalities is comparable to that of MDS patients without these abnormalities after haplo-HSCT. Haplo-HSCT may be an effective therapeutic option for advanced MDS patients with recurrent genetic abnormalities.
