[Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of first relapsed multiple myeloma in China (2026)].
Abstract
Multiple myeloma (MM) remains an incurable malignancy, and treatment choices after the first relapse are crucial for patients' prognosis. Over the past three years, multiple novel drugs for MM have been approved in China. Based on the first edition, this guideline has been updated to introduce the concept of early relapse, especially functional high-risk, and revise the timing of treatment, therapeutic regimens, particularly the selection of immunotherapy, for patients after the first relapse.
