Abstract

2025年，药物性肝损伤（DILI）研究在国际协作网络建设、特定药物相关DILI的临床特点刻画、遗传易感性与预后预测模型等方面取得了重要进展。与此同时，免疫检查点抑制剂相关肝损伤治疗药物的研究不断深入，药物全生命周期肝毒性监管持续加强，人工智能在DILI风险识别及患者支持中的应用日益受到关注。 Keywords: 药物性肝损伤, 免疫检查点抑制剂, 草药及膳食补充剂, 遗传易感性, 诊断, 治疗, 进展
