[Clinical effects of using the ALTPF pedicled with the oblique branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery in repairing skin and soft tissue defects in the extremities under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound].
Abstract
The color Doppler ultrasound can be used to clarify the classification and distribution of the oblique branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery preoperatively. Based on this, the ALTPF pedicled with the oblique branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery was designed and harvested to repair the skin and soft tissue defects in the extremities. In comparison with empirical treatment, it can reduce intraoperative blood loss volume, significantly improve the postoperative flap blood supply, effectively shorten surgical duration and length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, and enhance patients' satisfaction with treatment outcomes.
