Abstract

Background: Sexual dysfunction is a prevalent issue among adult males, leading to withdrawal from sexual relationships and various psychosocial challenges such as low selfesteem, depression, and anxiety. It can also result in decreased work productivity and negatively affect the quality of life for both the affected men and their female partners. Furthermore, sexual dysfunction can have significant economic repercussions for employers, as men experiencing this condition tend to have higher rates of absenteeism, presenteeism (working while impaired), and overall productivity loss compared to their counterparts without sexual dysfunction.
