Additionally, features such as transaction security with encryption technology, loyalty programs, and ease of integration with various services make this application increasingly popular. However, obstacles such as dependence on internet connection and user digital literacy are challenges that must be overcome. By optimizing education and technology development, the Dana application has the potential to continue to improve financial inclusion in Indonesia.
