Abstract

Climate Protection and Criminal Law«: This thesis examines the criminal liability of climate-damaging behaviour de lege lata and de lege ferenda. It investigates to what extent climate-damaging behaviour is encompassed by current environmental criminal law and also proposes its own regulation for the conception of a climate offence. Another focus of the thesis lies in the analysis of possible justifications for climate protests.
