Abstract

The article discusses the possible use of the plant-based immunomodulator Vidoral in post-weaning piglets to assess changes in blood parameters. The study was conducted in 2024 at Talitskoye JSC, located in the Sverdlovsk region. The subjects of the study were 20 30-day-old piglets, divided into two groups: experimental (n=10) and control (n=10). It was found that most metabolic profile parameters of piglets in the study groups corresponded to normal physiological values within the biological variation range. Livestock survival was 100% in both study groups, and live weight gain was noted in the experimental group.
