Abstract

Chronic back pain is a big problem for a lot of people. It makes it hard for them to do things. It affects their life. I want to tell you about a patient who had chronic back pain and how he did with Gua Sha therapy. The patient was a 45- year- man who had been hurting in his lower back for a long time. He got Gua Sha therapy six times, over three weeks. We used tests to see how bad his pain was and how hard it was for him to do things. We used the Visual Analog Scale and the Oswestry Disability Index to check on him. Post-intervention assessment revealed a significant reduction in pain intensity and improvement in functional capacity. The findings indicate that Gua Sha therapy may be considered an effective complementary intervention in the management of chronic low back pain.
