Abstract

This research describes the process of co-designing implementation strategies to improve SMBP adoption at the patient- and clinic- levels. Strategies will be tested as part of a clinical trial, INSPiRED, that aims to assess the impact of patient-focused and clinical-focused implementation strategies on blood pressure control.
