Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services - Hospice Enrollments
Abstract
The Hospice Enrollments dataset provides enrollment information of all hospices currently enrolled in Medicare. This data includes information on the hospice's legal business name, doing business as name, organization type and address. This data is gathered from the Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership System (PECOS). This dataset should be used with corresponding Hospice All Owners dataset to identify the individual and organizational ownership interest and managerial control associated with the hospices.
