Abstract
The Hospice All Owners dataset provides ownership information on all hospices currently enrolled in Medicare. This data includes ownership information such as ownership name, ownership type, ownership address and ownership effective date. This data is gathered from the Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership System (PECOS). This dataset should be used with the corresponding Hospice Enrollments to obtain the details of a given hospice. DISCLAIMER: The hospice ownership information is self-reported by the entity.
