Prendre soin de ses salariés : quid du dirigeant ?
Abstract
This article analyzes the conditions and forms of student mobilization that unfolded in Algeria between January and May 2011. Based on a long-term study focusing on a few protagonists, it demonstrates how this collective experience, particularly participation in the April 12 demonstration in the streets of Algiers, constituted a pivotal moment of politicization and emancipation. The study highlights the long-term impact of this protest movement by examining the traces left by the event in the discourses and practices observed during a later mobilization, the hirak of 2019.
