Abstract

Across every corner of the country, artistic and cultural initiatives are transforming people’s daily lives. Encompassing all aspects of society (youth, social issues, ecology, tourism, etc.), these initiatives are a unique resource, one whose immense social value local authorities, ill-equipped to grasp their transdisciplinary reach, often fail to recognize.
