Singularités culturelles : les conditions du bien-vivre territorial
Abstract
Drawing on a study of cultural life in nine small towns in Occitanie, this article highlights both the profusion of initiatives and the pervasive role of culture in shaping local ways of life. In so doing, it invites us to imagine a different kind of public action in the cultural sphere—one that would break with the orthodoxy of attractiveness and focus instead on local well-being.
