Des représentations à dimensions variables
Abstract
Ten years after the Lamy law’s “1 percent for memory” scheme, art has taken diverse paths in urban neighborhoods: While infrastructure projects and artist residencies have created spaces of resilience conducive to memory narratives, a new generation of artists has emerged on the margins of public action networks, constructing alternative forms of representation of suburban neighborhoods and their inhabitants.
