Optimization method for green packagingrecycling path in supply Chain based on bat algorithm
Abstract
The planning of green packaging recycling paths in the supply chain involves multi-party collaboration, dispersed nodes, and dynamic changes, requiring a balance between economic and environmental benefits. Traditional methods adopt a single objective and constraint, which makes it difficult to comprehensively consider the complex relationship between cost, time, and environment, and is prone to falling into local optima. Therefore, a supply chain green packaging recycling path optimization method based on the bat algorithm is proposed. First, we use laser interference technology to identify green packaging materials. Second, we construct a multi-objective optimization model with the objectives of minimizing recycling costs, vehicle turnover time, and environmental impact. Finally, the bat algorithm is used to solve the model, and the search strategy is dynamically adjusted by simulating the intelligent behavior of bat colonies, balancing global and local search. The experimental results show that this method can significantly reduce recycling costs, vehicle turnover time, and environmental impact, as well as improve the packaging reuse index and return on investment, verifying its effectiveness and practicality.
