Abstract

This study sees the new Gamification strategies used in the Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) programs to solve urban educational challenges. The study uses a semi-professional approach with mixed methods to investigate how well the urban management improves the learning strategy for student engagement, knowledge retention, and skill development. According to its unique design, the research uses a mixture of quantitative and qualitative data collection methods such as study, performance reviews, focus groups and intensive interviews with coaches and students. According to the results, gamification improves the results of learning because it improves participants' motivation, accelerates their problems to solve problems, and helps them understand complex urban problems. The report's conclusions have ramifications for curriculum improvement, educational strategies, and the creation of customised gamification solutions for management packages with a city concentration.
