It emphasizes the importance of transformational leadership, governance models, and ethical considerations in guiding AI deployment. The chapter examines theoretical frameworks such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Kotter's 8-Step Change Model to support AI adoption. It also discusses faculty development strategies, policy guidelines, and real-world case studies from institutions like MIT, University of Helsinki, and Arizona State University. The chapter concludes with recommendations for fostering responsible AI innovation in academic environments.
