Abstract

Neurodegenerative disorders (NDDs), including Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease (PD), Prion disease (PrD), and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), present huge difficulties on account of the consistently advancing loss of neurons. Nanotechnology offers a promising solution to these difficulties. Designed nanomaterials can cross the BBB, upgrading prescription conveyance to brain tissues. Nanoparticles further develop drug solubility, stability, bioavailability, and designated conveyance while diminishing side effects. Generally used nanocarriers incorporate liposomes, emulsions, solid lipid nanoparticles, and polymeric nanoparticles. These nanocarriers enhance drug conveyance, bioavailability, and stability, effectively conveying phytomedicine and manufactured drugs. Nanomedicine progressions show potential for treating neurodegenerative infections by further developing medication transport across the BBB and limiting fringe side effects. Research needs to be focused on biocompatibility, Environmental effects, and administrative obstacles to the drug development.
