Abstract

This chapter explores the integrative potential of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis, and Gestalt therapy as complementary tools for well-being and stress reduction. By combining NLP's cognitive-behavioral techniques, hypnosis' access to subconscious resources, and Gestalt's present-moment awareness, the proposed model offers a holistic approach to addressing stress at emotional, mental, and physiological levels. The methodology includes practical strategies such as belief restructuring and therapeutic anchoring, supported by interdisciplinary theoretical frameworks (e.g., Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP modeling, and Gestalt principles). Key applications focus on anxiety management, emotional self-regulation, and habit modification. The study concludes that this integration provides a versatile, client-centered toolkit for therapists and coaches, bridging conscious goal-setting with unconscious reprogramming.
