Abstract

Today's workplaces create unprecedented challenges for young professionals, particularly Zillennials. This chapter explores how clinical hypnotherapy addresses stress, burnout, identity struggles, and relationship difficulties among business professionals. The author examines how hypnotherapy engages subconscious mechanisms maintaining chronic stress, people-pleasing, impostor syndrome, and digital hyperconnectivity. Unlike surface-level wellness programs, hypnotherapy facilitates experiential change at emotional levels, enabling sustainable resilience. This chapter presents practical applications and offers guidance for clinicians and organizational leaders.
