Abstract

The rapid spread of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has sparked a complex ethical dilemma that transcends borders. This chapter examines key ethical challenges of AI, including the distortions of decision-making systems, the transparency and interpretability of AI models, data protection risks, and the social impact of autonomous systems. We examine how different countries and organizations address these dilemmas through guidelines, ethical guidelines and regulatory measures. By providing a comparative analysis of the global AI ethics framework, this chapter illustrates the demonstrated procedures and unresolved tensions in ethical AI governments. The role of international cooperation in creating ethical AI standards is also discussed, ensuring that AI development corresponds to fundamental human values.
