Abstract

The ethical, legal, & sociological consequences of AI are examined in this study, with focus on topics like regulatory frameworks, AI literacy, and AI powered social robots. AI is being incorporated into many sectors of the economy, transforming domains like healthcare, and education. In the context of eldercare, AI-powered social robots provide advantages like company and help with everyday chores, but they also present serious privacy, emotional health, and dependency issues. The study looks at a number of ethical frameworks, like European Union AI Act. EMMA approach, which combines moral and decision-making topics, is also covered. Intellectual property rights, liability, and the development of precise regulatory standards to handle AI's international character are important legal issues. According to the study's findings, ethical standards that strike a balance between innovation and human dignity, openness, and justice must direct AI's social integration. Robust legal frameworks and interdisciplinary cooperation is required so that all the advantages of AI are fully experienced.
