Abstract

Regional Public Universities (RPUs) are well positioned to expand access to higher education through Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) programs for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With missions of access, affordability, and workforce development, RPUs can leverage faculty expertise, community partnerships, and interagency collaboration to create inclusive programs that promote equity, strengthen regional economies, and prepare students for meaningful adult lives
