Abstract

In the world of digitalization, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is bringing a deep revolution in higher education. This study examines the emergence of New Age Pedagogy, a learner-centered AI enhanced model that prepares different pupils' cognitive, emotional, social and metacognitive needs. AI-based tools, from intelligent tutoring systems to personalized and instant analytical feedback, increase learner participation, performance, and self-regulation, helping cultivate different learning methods and contributing to effective educational impact. The issue of using the AI calls pressing ethical questions such as data privacy misconception, algorithmic bias, academic dishonesty, and transparency and trust erosion. Such risks emphasize the necessity of strong ethics of governance, reflective curriculum design and humanity-AI partnership. The chapter argues for incorporating ethics in educational frameworks and advocates for participatory and interdisciplinary approaches to policy making focused on the ecological interrelations of AI, systems within an educational space.
