Abstract

This chapter presents a critical analysis of the existing textual paradigm of linear somatic mutation in colorectal cancer (CRC) and suggests reinterpretation as a failure of distributed biological intelligence in the holobiome. It presents the idea of the cognitive oncology system (COS) as an ontological requirement, conceptualizing cancer as an adaptive process that is caused by the loss of systemic coherence along microbial, nutrigenomic, and metabolic axes. The framework integrates polybiome–nutrigenome analytics, biointelligent modeling and neuroecological organoid interfaces. Together, these factors form the basis of circular medicine, which assumes the systematic recycling of biological intelligence to attain therapeutic efficacy and secure national autonomy. This view is in line with Egypt Vision 2030, which promotes the development of scientific infrastructure at the forefront of a biointelligent civilization. The chapter ends with a translational blueprint connecting disease reframing to a sustainable national health strategy.
