Abstract

This study examines the complex relationship between employee engagement and organizational resilience in crisis-prone environments, highlighting the psychological and participatory aspects of human capital. The primary objective is to deconstruct employee engagement into three core constructs—job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee involvement—and examine their collective influence on resilience. Employing a quantitative, cross-sectional research design, data were collected from 267 employees across diverse sectors using a structured Likert-scale instrument. Statistical analyses, including correlation and multiple regression, reveal that all three engagement variables significantly predict organizational resilience, with organizational commitment exerting the most decisive influence. These findings underscore that resilience is not merely procedural or structural but deeply embedded in employee attitudes and agency.
