Abstract

This study explores the linkages between Employee Experience Management (EXM), organisational resilience, digital transformation, and sensemaking amid systemic disruptions. Based on qualitative analysis of 48 Scopus abstracts (2010–2024) using IRaMuTeQ, it applies Descending Hierarchical Classification and Correspondence Factor analysis. Findings reveal three thematic poles: methodological foundations, resilience in disruptive contexts, and applied strategies—covering digital transformation, sustainability, and virtual performance—highlighting their interdependence in driving sustainability. The research proposes a hybrid decision-making model, showing how digital and human-centered practices interact through mediating mechanisms, moderated by resilience and adaptive capacity. The framework offers both theoretical grounding and practical guidance for sustainable adaptation in the Industry 4.0 era.
