Abstract

Wind power plants are vital for sustainable energy generation, but maintaining their long-term performance is challenging. Artificial intelligence (AI) and digital twin technologies are revolutionizing fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance in wind turbines. The digital twin creates a virtual replica that mirrors real turbine operations, collecting sensor data for precise condition monitoring. AI algorithms analyze this data to predict failures before they occur, reducing maintenance costs and enhancing efficiency and lifespan. These integrated systems enable automated decision-making and self-correction, improving the reliability, stability, and intelligence of future wind power generation systems.
