Abstract

Teachers' social-emotional well-being is critical to maintaining a productive, empathetic, and student-centered learning environment. The growing demands of the teaching profession, especially post-pandemic, have heightened emotional stress among educators. This research investigates the effectiveness of an intervention program designed to improve the social-emotional well-being of teachers at Lovely Professional University (LPU), using a pre-test and post-test research design. The study collected data from 100 faculty members across various disciplines who participated in a structured well-being enhancement program. Standardized psychological scales were used to measure stress, emotional regulation, and job satisfaction before and after the intervention. ANOVA and paired t-test analyses revealed statistically significant improvements in emotional regulation and job satisfaction with a corresponding reduction in perceived stress levels.
