Abstract

By developing specialized digital technologies, e-health interventions for the Deaf people are essential to closing gaps in healthcare access. These treatments help Deaf people and healthcare professionals communicate effectively by utilizing visual-based technologies such as accessible telehealth platforms, real-time captioning, and sign language video resources. For sign language users, mobile apps and web-based resources improve health literacy and facilitate improved chronic disease self-management. Inclusion and usability are guaranteed by the incorporation of artificial intelligence for automated sign language translation and culturally sensitive user interfaces. By lowering systemic barriers, fostering active patient engagement, and ensuring fair access to healthcare services, these developments empower Deaf people. E-health treatments promote better health outcomes and assist the deaf community in accessing healthcare in an increasingly digital environment by placing a high priority on accessibility and cultural competence.
