Reimagining Work and Leadership in the Age of AI

In the current scenario, integration of artificial intelligence in the workplace has remodeled the nature of leadership, work, and human resource processes. Digital tools help organizations flatten their hierarchy through decentralized structures. Therefore, during this shift, work becomes project and outcome-based with enhanced adaptability and innovation. This chapter demonstrates how these transformations expect the future generations to become resilient leaders and employees in dynamic environment. Hence, we have introduced a framework called Natural Business Learning (NBL), a human-centric, adaptive approach to learning within remote and hybrid work environments. Ultimately, digital transformation in the workplace should help unlock human potential, leading to a digitally empowered world. Therefore, this chapter recommends ways in which NBL can engage educators and institutions to prepare management students to become better future leaders.
