Gamification of Life Plan Design Subject as Strategy to Promote Student Psycho-Emotional Well-Being

The high school Regional of Ixtlahuacan de los Membrillos belongs to the Higher Middle Education System of the University of Guadalajara, it is located in a suburban town, specifically Capilla-Atequiza road, close to the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara, approximately 40 km away. It is worth mentioning that in Mexico, Guadalajara acquires great importance in educational, economic, political, social issues, among others. Interested in contributing to the excellent academic training of young people at a national and international level, the University of Guadalajara contributes with human capital, infrastructure and other essential processes in education. For this purpose, the Higher Secondary Education System was created in 1984, which of course carries out teaching, research and dissemination functions at this level. Its schools are distributed throughout the state of Jalisco.
