Abstract

This chapter explores how ethical and inclusive digital marketing strategies can foster meaningful customer engagement and loyalty among marginalized communities. It examines real-world campaigns targeting underrepresented populations, such as linguistic minorities, individuals with limited digital literacy, and culturally diverse or socioeconomically vulnerable groups. Through a qualitative, case-based approach, this chapter proposes a conceptual framework grounded in four dimensions: cultural and linguistic inclusivity, digital and cognitive accessibility, symbolic representation, and ethical brand behaviour. The analysis highlights how inclusive design and trust-building practices can serve as long-term loyalty drivers, offering actionable insights for marketers, strategists, and policy stakeholders. By shifting the discourse from performance-based engagement to socially responsible relationship-building, this chapter contributes to the advancement of customer-centric digital marketing in global, diverse contexts.
