Abstract

Smart nutrition systems deliver personalized dietary solutions by transforming personal health management by integrating artificial intelligence, IoT, and autonomous technologies. This digital evaluation system handles personal sensitive health data, influences critical dietary decisions, and interacts with broader healthcare networks, which introduces significant cyber security challenges. This chapter discusses the required need for context security framework tailored to the dynamic and personalized nature of smart nutrition technologies. It includes vulnerabilities and recent high-profile breeches. It also explores the limitation of traditional security models and importance of real-time threat detection and privacy preserving strategies.
