Abstract

The AI QUALIA ETHICS Inventory was developed to evaluate students' attitudes toward artificial intelligence and its ethical implications. The development process was based on the ground of relative literature review for key thematic areas, topics and parameters identification, such as trust, ethical concerns, and AI acceptance. An initial set of items was created and then subjected to a pilot study involved 50 students to identify ambiguous or unclear items.Reliability was evaluated by Cronbach alpha coefficient measuring internal consistency. Principal Components Analysis was applied to confirm structural validity, ensuring that items are grouped appropriately under the intended factors. The results indicated that the AI QUALIA ETHICS Inventory demonstrates satisfactory reliability and construct validity, making it a robust instrument for evaluating students' attitudes towards AI and its ethical dimensions.
