Abstract

The study explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in reshaping strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) through a comparative analysis of global leaders—IBM, Unilever, and Hilton. These organizations have successfully integrated AI-driven tools in core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The study highlights IBM's use of AI for predictive attrition analysis, Unilever's AI-powered video interviews and gamified assessments, and Hilton's chatbot-driven candidate experience enhancement. By examining these cases, the paper demonstrates how AI is not just an operational enhancer but a strategic partner enabling data-driven decision-making, personalized employee experiences, and agile talent strategies. The research concludes with key insights and frameworks for organizations aiming to adopt AI in their HR strategy, ensuring competitive advantage in the digital era.
