Abstract

Environmental, social and governance (ESG) scoring has been taken as essential in measuring the performance of corporate sustainability. The conventional methods of the ESG evaluation are inconsistent, subjective, and not standardized. The chapter offers an in-depth architecture of creating artificial intelligence-based ESG scoring models that would overcome these limitations. The proposed framework is an entirely transparent, explainable AI, and scalable method to ESG evaluation, offering dynamic, transparent, and scalable assessments. The chapter investigates the methodologies, implementation, and practical implementation, considering the example of AI as a means of changing the system of corporate governance evaluation to a more accurate, responsible, and visionary system.
