Abstract

Through a comparative analysis, the present study looks at how simulation games affect the learning outcomes for skill and development of students in Tier one and Tier two cities. Data were gathered from 499 students using a mixed-methods approach, including service interviews and pre- and post-tests. Both groups benefited according to statistical analysis, but Tier 1 students' increased exposure to digital media led to higher levels of engagement and retention. Digital literacy deficits and restricted access to resources were among the difficulties tier 2 people encountered. In order to improve simulation-based learning in a variety of educational contexts, the study emphasises the necessity for inclusive techniques.
