Abstract

This research investigates how Ethiopian Educational professionals display organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) after receiving leadership training through transformational business education methods while analyzing the cultural foundation as a main effect. A study sample of 390 Educational professionals relies on a meticulous research design which uses the KMO sampling adequacy measure as well as CFA construct validity assessment as well as SEM analysis through AMOS software. The study demonstrates that leaders who exhibit transformational behaviors generate positive OCB outcomes since their inspirational leadership as well as creation of inclusive settings lead employees to increase their discretionary work. The results demonstrate that organizational culture serves as a vital mediating factor which strengthens how transformational leadership impacts OCB. The research tracks that building powerful organizational cultures remains crucial for medical organizations which want to advance their performance levels as well as staff morale.
