Abstract

Currently, ICTs in education play a fundamental role. They are an effective learning tool and provide resources that help develop new skills to acquire knowledge and improve academic performance. The use of teaching and learning tools is an innovative strategy that brings significant benefits. The development of a web-based tool designed for teaching and learning in the states and capitals of Mexico in LSM facilitates learning for children with or without hearing impairments, promoting inclusion and equal access to knowledge. This web-based tool is based on a playful approach, using challenges and rewards to motivate children with or without hearing impairments and generate meaningful learning. This interactive web-based tool can be accessed from any computer with internet access, allowing students to learn from anywhere, at any time. This seeks to strengthen teaching and learning in the states and capitals of Mexico in LSM through an innovative and accessible strategy.
